"Stayed solo for 3 nights Juneteenth weekend. I arrived early and was able to check in to a double room with a better view. There is a restaurant downstairs which I didn’t get to try. Gym was nice. Room was spotless. The area is a little sketchy at night. Location is central to everything. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location- most attractions were an easy walk from the hotel. The hotel staff were all very nice and provided exceptional customer service. The room was well-appointed, with comfy beds and a beautiful bathroom. We paid extra for Fairmont Gold (concierge level) and found it to be a great value. The food at the buffet breakfast was delicious and they had nice snacks at other times of the day. The staff in the Concierge Lounge was top notch!"

"For the location I really have no complaints. The views are beautiful, the rooms are clean. For an older hotel you can see it more in looking at painting or contstruction but none of that will keep me from coming back again. I have been here twice so for and will probably look at this place anytime I need to go to Chicago"
