Room was just as described and perfectly clean. Bathrooms a little small but otherwise perfect. Bed was comfortable. Amenities are amazing—gym area was great and pool and hot tub were great, even in September. Also used the spa which was great.
Nice hotel with excellent gym. When you pay through Expedia, the "total" cost is not all you will be paying. Once you arrive, they scam you for $50/day in "resort fees" that no one informed you of prior to booking your stay
The room was nice and had a good amount of space. However, the walls were paper thin. I also didn’t love the club/hotel vibe and the food from the cafe was terrible and very over priced. All in all, I would have expected more for the price.
Overall a solid 3.75 out of 5 stay.
Pros: Health club atmosphere was a plus for workout minded folks seeking an in-house workout hotel. Sauna, steam room and hot tub were added benefits to helping relax after a long day of walking & sightseeing. Proximity to the bus line and onward to the train station was also an additional benefit that allows for cheaper and easy travel into the city.
Cons: the athletic club atmosphere is very loud and not conducive to immediate relaxation for a bae/vacation. We were located on the 5th floor and we could hear the weights and workouts being conducted daily- starting at 0500. Which on day 2, we figured out the purpose of the earplugs provided on the nightstand in the room. While our room had a great city view, the omission of a window seat/ couch in the room is a clear lacking amenity. Lastly, the bed was not highly uncomfortable. As someone who frequently travels, the firmness yielded significant stress on my lower back, despite stretching and even receiving a massage while there.
Overall a good stay that I would recommend with the caution of lacking a comfortable bed and relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel was perfectly as listed. There is plenty to do. The food was especially a stand out during our stay. I highly recommend if you are looking for a hotel where you can feel active.
The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing. The lobby, gym, room, even garage were all clean and very well presented. Great location to everything and I’ll definitely stay here again!
Very clean and amenities seemed great (didn’t use the pool or gym which are the main draws for the property), but the hotel part of the facility kind of felt like a vibe-less afterthought. The room was plain, if not cold, and lacked any character. The location is near a grocery store and some other conveniences, but it’s not immediately walkable to any cool boutiques or restaurants in the area.
Clean, brightly lit bathroom with a large window facing the Chicago skyline. Nice TV with good channel selection. Beautiful gym facilities with a restaurant and cafe that were great for breakfast. Quiet during the day and night in my room.
This hotel was one of the most impressive hotels ive stayed at in a very long time and the price was very low for all of the amenities! Looking to stay again soon as well as recommended to coworkers as well.

Spotless room, amazing staff and super convenient! Everything we needed was in the club/ hotel or on the same block. Amazing steam rooms!
Had a great time spending the night here with my Fiance. It is an athletic club so there is a great two story fitness center / weight room. Indoor tennis courts and swimming lanes. There is a attached secure parking garage to make your trip even easier. Overall, we had no issues with our stay.
