Seems like a building that is overwhelmed with needs. Room was clean, staff were very helpful, but they either need more staff or better staff to get a higher score. Breakfast room was a disaster; no or very little food and supplies.

We had an issue with the water pressure in our room, and I told the staff about it and the maintenance person was not coming in until 8am but we needed to get ready and they provided us a maintenance room for us to shower and then at 8am ours would get looked at. When we came back for the night the shower was fixed and perfect! The room was clean and nice!

Wasn’t listed anywhere there were renovations going on at the bar/breakfast room which is why we booked here. Staff was kind. Door key didn’t work one day we came back to the hotel but it was an easy fix. Doors were hard to open in most areas and in the room itself.

Staff made it easy to check in, room was clean, and a 7/11 right around the corner in case you want late night snacks. Only thing I wish is that the tv remote worked a bit better, and that you use xumo tv to watch stuff. Otherwise was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Very low budget for the name "Radisson". Very convenient for the location. Safe. Poor elevator service. Only one elevator works. Selective ice machines worked on certain floors. No iron was found in room. Ice chest was dirty in room. Excessive carpet damage. Water temps were not hot enough. Fitness gym was weird. Breakfast was ok and worth waking up to. Loved the location and that everything was in walking distance. In desperate need of RENOVATIONS ASAP! Parking ok. Multiple entrances. Nice pool. No hot tub. Alot of abandoned cars in the parking lot.

One staff on duty answering phones, checking in guests, helping guests with the needs. We were short on pillows in our room and when I asked for another was told there were no more pillows. One elevator works making it long wait times to get to your floor. Had handicapped bathroom which is fine but usually there a drain on floor since nothing to keep water in shower but no drain so we had to use our towels to dry the floor when we were done

The staff was nice. However, I didn't like this hotel at all. There was no coffee pot even in the breakfast room. While having breakfast, we have to come all the way from the breakfast room to the reception to get some coffee, which is quite far away. Breakfast is the same every day! There was no salt or pepper in the breakfast area! The cold and Hot water dispenser is kept at the reception, but the hot water tap is broken! Also, cold water was not available. The room keys were not working consistently. Altogether, it was not worth the money I paid.

Room: Weird. Everything was clean and worked, but there was no dresser and no phone. Bed: King bed has plenty of room for 2 people, and was clean and soft. Staff: Excellent, helpful, and respectful. Amenities: TV, small fridge, soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and makeup removal wipes. No hand soap or hand towel for the sink, which was odd. Service: Housekeeping never came to replace towels or remove trash, we had to do this ourselves. "Needs Service/Do Not Disturb" door handle signs were not provided. Location: Beautiful forested area. Walking distance from a pizza restaurant and a 7-Eleven, short driving distance from the Schaumburg convention center and other shops. Overall: Kinda disappointing. This place needs to step up its game.

The hotel needs and update. The staff was not professional definitely independently owned. No ice box in room, toilet got clogged took 3 times asking to get fixed. very small poor selection for onsite snacks and necessities. hotel room carpet was dirty. walls were dirty. bed was great and comfortable. if staff is going to represent Radison they should dress professional and not speak another language in front of guests, it makes the guests feel like you are taking about them. when I asked for towels at 4 in the morning before checking out I was asked if I brought the old, dirty towels down with me to exchange. That was ridiculous. If a guest asks for Towels regardless if they were extra towels or replacing towels there should never be a question back to the guest just a response of yes, or of course, or no problem. I would not stay here again, there are many more hotel options on the area. The price was good but with the name Radison behind it I expected more.

Tv didn't work properly, the rooms were half clean, my sister found a dead roach on her floor and it looked like mouce dropping behind the bed. The gym had only 1 or 2 pieces of equipment, my room was for 2 people and they only gave 2 dry towels and just one wash cloth, which i tjought was a mistake until the rest of my family had the same thing in their rooms and we had 5 rooms. Will not be staying there again

Hotel was easy to locate. The guy at check in had a huge hole in his elbow and untucked pockets of his pants. We were able to connect to WiFi without any issues however it was not allowing us to load anything. Our TV would turn on and that was about the only thing it would do. We weren’t able to watch anything on any channel. We also weren’t able to get any extra towels without swapping out our dirty ones. The breakfast seemed to have a good amount of options but the area was constantly dirty and not stocked. It made me wonder if the food was fresh daily or just reheated. The only good thing I can think of are the pillows. We enjoyed those.

Front desk polite and organized. Room was clean and covered basic necessities. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were awesome. No desk to work on. Went to breakfast at 7:30am: no coffee!!! Eggs and sausage were ice cold even though they were on (cold) warming trays. The warming trays were pluged into a mutiple outlet extension cord which was turned off.
