"The rooms were clean, but the main light was not working, and neither was the AC when we arrived. We called the front desk, and they were able to get the AC working. We had paid in full, but later received an invoice with an additional $30 in taxes and fees, including city, county, and destination fees, which we were not aware of at the time of booking. Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is clean, and being part of the Skyline complex is a nice feature."

"The Hyatt is a perfect place to enjoy Chicago is you want to stay close to the airport. Public transportation is close and easily accessible, the hotel is immaculately cleaned, and the staff helped in every way possible. I definitely recommend this hotel"

"Carpet in the room was very dirty and frayed at the edges. The passages were also dated and grungy. The bed was as clean and comfortable. Well located for walking and sightseeing."

"Regina should receive more pay(that’s my 2 cents. She didn’t mention or ask me to say this about her pay)! She was everything!! Friendly, helpful and very informative. Peaceful location. I enjoyed the sounds of the city, ASMR for sure. The room was clean, the water pressure was perfect. Bed was comfortable and the pillows had the right amount of fluff!"
