Conveniently located to the airport. Plenty of easy parking. Front desk, staff and bistro staff were very helpful. Now the down side. Their guest laundry room consists of two washing machines and one dryer for five floors of guests however they did offer me complementary tide when I got quarters from them.
Steps away from the station so it’s super convenient although you can hear the subway so if you’re a light sleeper, you may not want to stay here.
Neighbourhood felt safe and the hotel itself was spacious and clean. Would stay here again

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Convenient to much of the city. Only one elevator worked the entire 4 days, and they never posted a sign or talked about it. Lighting in room was horrible unless you were sitting right by a lamp. Room was clean.
Clean average hotel that is priced right. Excellent location for seeing the sights via train. Great location especially for the Obama Presidential Library via bus.

Honestly it was in a great location walking distance to many of the attractions. How ever expensive with no parking available other than valet parking. Room was clean but had a weird smell to it but the view was amazing even though i didn’t get the view I asked for. No breakfast area but really good Chinese dine in downstairs.
Personally would not be returning to this location
Very nice, clean hotel. Location is good for walking to most of the local attractions if you are checking out the area. We had 0 issues during our stay, thankful that we had a room with a nice view of the city, it was wonderful!
The carpet in hallways had multiple stains. The chair in our room was stained and ripped. The refrigerator in our room did not work. The location was great for the Bears game. Very disappointed in price related to quality of room.
I love the beautiful views from my room on the 28th floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an early morning arrival at 10 am so I liked that the staff was able to check us into a room at like 12 pm. The only issue I had was with the television get frozen and would make a very loud noise.
This is close to the Roosevelt train station, which is a plus for convenience, and a minus for noise. Staff was helpful with issues that arose with our room key. TV malfunctioned often, but didn’t affect our stay.
