Staff were great and super friendly. Housekeeping can do a little bit better found hairs in my shower and boogers on my shower curtain. the maintenance and building and upkeep is very subpar. Specially, the trash cans outside are always overflowing and breakfast is very limited and half of it is not available but hey it’s free so what can you do

bathroom door kept getting stuck, bathroom in general could’ve been a bit cleaner. Did enjoy the roku tv but had to use my hotspot because it didn’t pick up the wifi. Hallways looked dingy, overall need to be updated. Not bad for a quick stay

Very basic location, access from highway is easy but entrance pavement is terrible. Entrance in an odd one way with very limited parking. Rooms are very basic. Beds were comfy though. TV was good quality. Upgraded room with Microwave and Fridge was helpful. Overall good price for the location close to the airport. We tracked it this morning and it was about 25 mins. Overall 3/5 rating or 6/10. Not bad, not great. Service was ok but not overly welcoming. They are not there to provide a high level of service or experience. If you are looking for a half decent place to crash at a half decent price and distance from the airport then this is totally fine.

What you see in the photos is completely different from what you get. The breakfast is awful, the service is terrible, and the hotel is poorly maintained; it's horrible and smells bad when you go to your room. The only good thing is that the room itself is very clean and doesn't smell bad.

The front desk team was attentive and efficient. The room amenities were on par with the price of the room, and fully met my expectations. The bed (mattress, pillows and comforter) was very comfy. There were plenty of towels in the room and a VERY big TV with basic channels, not cable Netflix or HBO, but again this meets the expectations of a property in this brand ande price range. I was delighted and it served the purpose I needed for two nights in town for a family event. The free hot breakfast was plentiful when I arrived in the buffet area around 9:20am, and I was happy to grab a banana, small decaf coffee and one turkey sausage patty because I had to dash to my event. Complaints I see in other reviews are inconsistent with what this hotel offers and I think are spam/fake users who never set foot in this establishment. It is not brand new construction and has been remodeled, yet was clean and sufficient for a minimal no frills customer experience. The staff was ready and happy to attend to multiple check-in/check-out clients VERY fast. Also, I'll mention my arrival Friday was to a full house (per the counter staff) yet there were at least a dozen or so parking spaces (my quick visual scan--I was tired and wanted to settle in!) still available right next to the building around 8pm.

Cleanliness was great, hopefully there would be more improvements on the continental breakfast options. Staff were friendly and answered all questions. However, regarding the $100 deposit, it would have been nice if this was mentioned on the hotel booking site like expedia.

So many rats!! Hotel breakfast consisted of eggs, sausages, yogurt, waffles, bread, bagels, and a variety of beverages, which always made breakfast, predictable and affordable! I can’t complain about the free food. However, I did have a large hiccup during my trip (the hotel management did offer me a one night stay in their room with a jacuzzi). The only reason why they don’t get an excellent reading across the board is because they still made me pay for the full price of the room. Although I did nothing wrong during the trip, I do want to express that there were cleanliness issues during my stay, so this hotel is not five out of five stars for cleanliness, but the staff was sort of helpful, I guess. After witnessing rats running around outside, I would think that they would offer more reasonable accommodations. The managers name is Sunny and although I’m sure he feels like he did everything he could. I would’ve appreciated a more reasonable compensation for the issues that I had with the cleanliness of my tub and the bathroom. There is a lot of parking around the hotel and the housekeeping staff is very friendly, but the front desk staff seems very overwhelmed. They tend to have a large influx of individuals who are interested in staying, and then do not clean the rooms properly before. Turning them over to a paying, customer and then expect the paying customer to pay more for an upgrade.

The front desk staff were very nice & helpful. They should be paid more. The property is old and worn. The outside doors do not lock -- anyone could walk in and up the stairs. Room was clean. Main reason to stay here is to park and leave your car while you uber to O'Hare. It's much cheaper to leave a car long term using Spot Hero than it is to park anywhere else near the airport.

Budget value.

Bedroom itself was pretty nice overall. Low pressure in the shower. Outside was not what i expected. Parking was a mess did almost get blocked in one morning. Know you will fight for a good parking spot. Overall good deal being outside the city for a good rate.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being next to a gas station and convenience store. The facility is a bit aged and in need of repair. The room was clean. Check-in took terribly long, the receptionist was very, very slow. My key card was dysfunctional so I had to visit the front desk almost everyday to fix it. The breakfast was very basic and shouldn't be deacribed as "hot breakfast" on advertising. Overall, I don't feel it is worth the price.
