"My wife and I were visiting Chicago. This property was perfect for our stay. The location is in the center of West Loop. We loved that the apartment is renovated and had a kitchen/laundry. The staff was super attentive and check in was smooth. We will definitely be staying again in the future!"

"Everything was perfect. The room looked just like the pictures. Amazing location right at the heart of the loop, right by Millenium park. Check in was easy, the customer service line was easy to get in contact with and very helpful. The value for money is unbeatable and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I needed a stay in Chicago again."

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and hotel itself was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, especially so close to the trains.
