"Me and my partner had a lovely stay for 1 night in this old fashioned Napoli building. Giangi was extremely helpful and carried our luggage up all the stairs. We appreciated him running through what was offered in the building. This included free cold filtered/sparkling water, a fridge, microwave and coffee machine all complimentary. He also showed us where to go and eat in Naples which was a lovely touch. Please ignore other reviews on lift accessibility and breakfast. This is a traditional Italian experience with great coffee and pastries offered for breakfast. This is what we booked and our expectations were met perfectly. My only issue was the room was extremely warm and we had no access to air conditioning. We would have asked but only realised in the middle of the night."

"The hotel is in a sketchy part of Naples but we ventured out before it was dark. There are many restaurants and stores in the area. There is also an inordinate amount of street noise - people, cars and the beeping, beeping, beeping but it all adds to the experience of being in that part of Napoli. The desk attendant was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and offered variety. The rooms were much larger than expected and were clean. The bed was comfortable. The balconies were great to continue the taste of city life. Reminded us a lot of NYC. There was mold in the shower and should be cleaned/removed when possible. And one additional surprise is that we read there was complimentary shuttle service to the airport and there wasn’t - we had to pay for a cab. The attendant secured it for us though which was helpful. Overall, a nice stay. Thank you!"

"The hotel is located on Garibaldi square near the train/subway station and only 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. It was a beautiful, spacious hotel and had a wonderful restaurant on the roof top where we ate a few times. We had a room facing the square and it blocked out all the street noise and light. The room itself was probably newly renovated with nice bathrooms and wood floors. We were jet lagged so didn't have the energy to see Naples and our primary goal was to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento. I would highly recommend staying here."
