"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Elevator was slow, but there was an uprade in the process of beng completed. Close to Progressive Field and Rocket Arena. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was about a 20 mins. walk. Most things were in reaosnable walking distance-restaurants, Downtown center, etc. Front receptionists were pleasant and informative. Would stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay and would like to give a special shout-out to Joseph from the front desk. He went above and beyond to make our stay to celebrate our 25 year anniversary special. He is an absolute gem! Our room wasn’t ready at check-in, so Joseph provided us with drink coupons to get a cocktail while we waited. We had mediocre, at best, service in the restaurant on Saturday, with the bartenders spending more time talking to each other, than with the guests. We were charged for a drink we ordered but was not served to us…until we were presented with the check and made the bartender aware. We gave the restaurant another try for breakfast on Sunday, and the bartender and our meals were excellent. A totally different experience from the evening before. All in all it was a good experience and if in the area, we will consider staying at this Kimpton."
