"Not a 5 star hotel but gave 5 star because it was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. It was so convenient to be right by the tube. Had no problem with noise. "

Very clean, light and good sized room with very comfortable bed. A convenient M & S food store next door. Lovely staff, particularly Julie, who was so friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. "Bathroom smelt and looked unclean, 1 towel for both of us to use, booked a double room and got a twin, car park very over grown and neglected and in complete darkness at night none of the lighting worked, not safe! Run down and very old fashioned. Would not recommend staying!"
