We welcome you to stay in The High Street Loft, a stunning three-bedroom top-floor loft apartment located directly on Cheltenham High Street in the heart of Gloucestershire. Recently renovated to a high standard, this stylish and spacious home combines modern comfort with an unbeatable central location, making it the perfect base for exploring Cheltenham and the Cotswolds.
The apartment offers three well-appointed bedrooms, including two double rooms and one single, comfortably accommodating up to five guests. A shared family bathroom features both a bath and a shower, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, shopping, or attending local festivals.
The bright open-plan living and kitchen area is designed for both comfort and socialising, with contemporary finishes, beautiful design details, and a large TV that’s perfect for unwinding in the evenings. As a top-floor loft, the apartment provides a peaceful retreat above the lively High Street while still placing you just steps from Cheltenham’s shops, cafés, restaurants, and transport links.
Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or a longer stay, Flat 5 offers a comfortable, stylish, and centrally located home-from-home in one of Cheltenham’s most sought-after locations.
Please note that due to the great location of the flat, right on the High Street in Cheltenham, some noise can sometimes be heard at night from the nearby nightlife.
**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.
Please note: We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.**

• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times.
• Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of £75.
• Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• Please do your dishes.
• Please take the rubbish out before you leave.
