"Quirky hotel, friendly staff and excellently situated "

"Spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. Good choice of coffee and teas in the room. Roberts DAB radio provided but reception hit and miss. Large wall mounted TV. Very clean. Powerful shower with a choice of normal or "rain". Good choice at the breakfast buffet with freshly cooked options from the kitchen. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. A special mention to Marina for being extra attentive and caring. "

"Great location, small but comfy room with lovely mattress on the bed, friendly staff and good choice of breakfast items (continental and cooked). We were able to check in early as our rooms were ready and there was plenty of parking in the hotel car park (out of season). The only negative was the soundproofing between rooms - we could hear the entire phone conversation from the man next door and throughout the night, could hear bathroom fans running. "

"A lovely hotel , conveniently located not far from the Abbey and shops etc. Staff were very helpful at all times and the breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We took our dog and they accommodated him really well. A great stay"
