"Stayed 2 nights. Clean property and great location. Walkable to Main street where there are many restaurants. Also walkable to Ferry and the beach. Room could use some updating and the price is a little steep for what they offer but it's the expected price for area in July."

It was very humid the first night and could’ve used it. Otherwise Cape Sands Inn is a great motel without the bells & whistle at a great affordable price!"
