"Do not stay here! This was the worst front desk customer service I have ever experienced. Right after checking in, I went up to my room. I was not satisfied with the room, so I went back downstairs and politely asked if I could be moved to a different one. The front desk employee told me she had only been working there for 45 days and said she could not accommodate my request. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it.
