"Very nice accommodation. Modern and clean rooms. Good options for drinks and dining. Location is excellent for taking in everything in Florence. Only drawback was the thin walls and ceiling that allowed noise transfer quite easily."

"The room they gave us is with balcony so u can see the beautiful view of florence and the mountains. It is a very busy area. Breakfast is served and lots to choose fron. i met Ronald ( waiter) and he was amazing. Love to go back and stay here again. The receptionist are very nice and welcoming people."

"The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel and room was clean. One minor complaint though, based on where you are in the hotel, you might smell a sewage smell. I was placed in a room at the end of the hall, on the 4th floor. The smell was very overwhelming and the staff was kind enough to find an alternative room."
