"The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure. The breakfast was basic. I wished it had more fruit options besides just oranges. The parking had ample spaces for cars. The reason for only 4 stars - our room was located next to the ice machine area, so I was awaken at 1:30am by someone getting the ice. I noticed that anytime I book a hotel room through Expedia, the hotel always tries to give you a room at the worst location of the hotel or the room for handicapped people where sinks are lower than usual so you end up bending more to use them. I think Expedia should address this issue with the hotels."
Omni Richmond Hotel

"Really cool place b/c it has multiple nice restaurants inside the building where the Omni is located. Some of these close on the weekends. But there is a nice bar/restaurant that is the Omni's and their food and service were terrific. Rooms had a slide out table for champagne, light up mini-fridge built into the dresser/ TV console. Nice desk, lounging chair and comforting adjustable lighting. Beautiful view of city buildings, bridge, etc. Staff was extremely professional, helpful and genuinely happy folks. Would def stay there again!"
