"Breakfast was awesome. The room was cleaned but there was one day it was not cleaned when questioned about it one of the staff members questioned my word. Totally unacceptable. We were there for an extended 6 day night. A shout out for Itze and Elizabeth who took good care of us."

"What size of the property was a great location for Coronado and San Diego. The location was in a walkable area to restaurants, shopping, hotel, del, and the beach. The property was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was sufficient. The staff was very helpful and easy to interact with. The rooms were clean. It was nice to have a different experience than just a hotel, especially in a small quaint area like Coronado. I would definitely stay there again."

"The hotel was very recently acquired and renamed by Hilton. Some elements were not functioning, such as the room safe and the TV. I did find the combined washer/dryer useful. The staff was sparse but friendly, and the room comfortable."

"The front desk gal checking us in was very rude. Why be in customer service and then be rude to your customers? The balcony was facing the alley where the maintenance and cleaning people hung out. Lastly, the hallways constantly smelled like weed. It’s a shame because the hotel was beautiful. Our room was great minus the location since I paid more for a balcony."

"Super easy check in. We got to the hotel super early hoping to store our luggage for a 1:10 padres game. We were given a key to use the pool and lounge area on the 6th floor and before we could get settled we were notified a room was ready for us! A bellman grabbed our luggage and headed to our room. The room was clean, smelled fresh and had a great city/ stadium view. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet. Room came equipped with a fridge and a pod coffee maker,...

"Hotel Narcissus was great. Room 6 was fantastic. Two floors, big bed, full kitchen. Check in and check out were smooth. It is in quite a sketchy location though. Be aware! I don't recommend walking to the nicer part of town from the hotel... Get a Uber!"

"The room smelled like food when we got in. Almost like someone microwaved something gross and it didn’t air out. It didn’t seem that clean in the room either. We also got hassled to go to a time share presentation. I would not stay here again."

"The property is beautiful. It is an older building that has been remodeled and the decor is stunning. Despite having seen the pictures, the experience in person was even better. It is a large hotel with boutique hotel vibes. The hotel lobby smells incredible. The hallway to the rooms is purposely dimly lit to go with the vibe/ambiance/mood of the space. The rooms are a little small but they've maximized the space to have two small seating spaces and a large bed. The bathroom was very spacious....
