"Overall, our stay at Diver’s Delight was exactly as the listing promised. Compared to other options on the island, Ed’s place had enough rooms and bathrooms to comfortably accommodate our family of five (without spending a gazillion dollars!), which made a big difference.Highlights:- The location was perfect. Far enough from the central tourist areas to feel peaceful, yet still very close to beautiful beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants.- The property itself was quiet. I had been concerned about potential noise from the pool, but the condo is next to the smaller, quieter pool. Other residents/guests are respectful of noise.- Communication with Ed was easy, and he shared a lot of helpful tips for the area, which we really appreciated.- Plenty of beach towels and bedding were provided.- Access to a reef right in front of the property was a huge bonus (although hard to snorkel if wavy conditions).- Having 3.5 bathrooms was clutch for our group.The only minor drawbacks were that the property is a bit dated (as reflected in the photos), and the kitchen is quite sparsely stocked - there are no basic items like oil or seasonings, so plan accordingly if you intend to cook.Overall, a great stay and a property that delivers exactly what it promises. "

" It would have been nice if there was live music available by the pool and some planned activities. Also, a shuttle to go to different areas around the island would have been easier than taking cabs. "

"Condo was nice, right next to the pool. You can walk to the ocean, but can't really swim there. I would recommend that the owner has directions of what to do before check out. Easy to communicate with the owner."

"Beautiful place with covered parking. Elevator, ice box, and equipped kitchen made this a great stay. Great host! Ten minute drive to Seven Mile Beach, highly recommend. "

"Just awesome! Clean rooms, gorgeous views of ocean and sunsets. Walk right out to the infinity pool (mind you we were on the 1st floor, and there is an elevator for the other condos), which starts as a wading pool, but with bar seats midway and a deep end up to 8ft. They use salt instead of chemicals to sanitize the pool also, very well maintained. And QUIET! We felt like the only ones there as it appears as only 12 condos make up the whole building. If you like diving and snorkeling, there is a diving site pool with instructors right below the infinity pool, and super easy access. Some of the best snorkeling we had on the island. We read it was an area with new construction, but not notice staying there, just driving up. WAY better selection of restaurants and beaches in this location as we discovered the whole island the week we were there. My husband usually doesn't geek out over places, but he was on this one. Privacy blackout shades in each condo, so when you want it, you can have it! Check in seamless, no fuss. I wish we asked more questions about what each individual condo has (like coolers, patio chairs, etc.). However, we didn't bother the staff for more (there wasn't much to ask for our needs). The management was very responsive with tions we did have, so my suggestion would be to inquire about specific details for each condo as it seems they are privately owned. So memorable!"
