"I was only staying one night and there was no dining room available but the staff were very helpful directing me to a sister hotel which was a very good standard. My room was extremely clean and very comfortable, would definitely recommend. "

"Broken toilet half way through our stay. One outside staff member was very slow on taking orders and was rather unresponsive to trying and getting our order placed. Eventually we got our waters and Nacho's but the tortillas were all very soggy and said it was probably because the staff that delivers the orders took it to the wrong location. We did notify the senior hotel staff members but in the end, it didn't appear things changed with the waitress. She made excuses that it was due to the larger reserved area for a party taking up all of her time. We did notify the supervisor to let him know she needed help but it appeared that didn't happen and we were just offered free drinks from the bar but we declined because we don't drink alcohol. "

The place was beautiful and had everything we needed with the added bonus of an outdoor area overlooking the canal. It was in an ideal location, easy to get to all of the excursions around the island and short distance from the beach. We loved it!"

"The apartment is lovely. It is new, clean and comfortable. There is a pool which is an added plus. It is in a quiet corner of West Bay near the famous Calypso Grill (walking distance). The ocean view is not 7 mile beach. The apartment is around 7 minutes drive from Governors Beach and Cemetery Beach on the marina side of the water. I recommend a rental car. Parking is extremely easy with an assigned spot. The host was excellent with communication and I always love when you can access rental via a code and not having to meet for a key. Great stay!
