"This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. "We only stayed here for a brief overnight since we had to leave early in the morning, but my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We weren't able to eat breakfast there since we had to leave early for the airport but the staff were very helpful in packing up items to eat on the drive there. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was great! Rooms were clean and on the modern side for Italy. Staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. Breakfast options were solid. The location is slightly out of the way in terms of not being right in the thick of the touristy area near Caffe Grambius but in good walking distance. This area Chiaia was quiet and upscale. We were then told we could get food from the bar but then told it was very limited to what we could actually get. Some employees were very friendly and others not so much.
