"This hotel meets the needs but that's about it. It was clean though not as convenient as they advertise. The shower is extremely slippery. The staff is not very friendly although they will suggest restaurants and call a cab when one is leaving for the airport. It is not a place to stay when visiting Naples, just a place to stay the night before a flight out. The neighborhood doesn't look like it but there are some good restaurants just down the street. "Hotel is located next to train station which is convenient if you are traveling by train, however it also makes it a very loud area with lots of cars & people. The room & hotel areas are clean, however the a/c could not be manually set in the room and is controlled by the hotel which cannot be adjusted. "We only stayed here for a brief overnight since we had to leave early in the morning, but my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We weren't able to eat breakfast there since we had to leave early for the airport but the staff were very helpful in packing up items to eat on the drive there. I would definitely stay here again!"

The location is slightly out of the way in terms of not being right in the thick of the touristy area near Caffe Grambius but in good walking distance. This area Chiaia was quiet and upscale.
