"The bed was hard, the noise from the freeway woke me up more than once. The staff should have given me the instructions for the late check out when I checked in. I called the front desk in the morning to get a late checkout, and no one answered the phone.The late fee was too high given the amount of time (30 min) I was alloted"

"Tiny aunts crawling on the nightstand. Room was supposed to be “accessible” but only the bathroom was. Would not recommend this room type if you use a wheel chair or walker. Bed was super comfortable, had to fix my own tv (it was wired wrong and wasn’t getting a signal). Front desk didn’t seem to want to be bothered by it. Pretty quiet for the most part except the people next door. For some reason they gave me an adjoining room. People across the hall smoking pot. I have no issues with that, but, it’s a “smoke free” hotel"
