"Terrible. The water was freezing never got warm. Tried calling the lobby multiple times never got an answer. There was so many people who only two elevators working. You had to wait at least 10 mins before getting on the elevator and once on it was packed completely full and would stop at every single floor even when full. "

"I booked a studio suite with a kitchenette and the microwave didn't work. We didn't have any silverware in the room i went to the front desk and reported no help then i went to the restaurant to get silverware and the attendant was very rude and un welcoming "

"Parking was not great. Most Valet employees were wonderful but the fees for valet were not clear and priced high and one employee charged me $40 cash but then hotel charges me $155 an I’m confused as to how that is the correct amount for parking only a few hours one day and one over night parking. "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the front desk staff are amazing. The sheets were ripped on the side on one bed and had some small black marks on the other. Also, it is unfortunate that we could hear the loud neighbors until 2 a.m. "
