I know it was abnormally warm this Tim’s of the year there but the rooms were incredibly warm and had a very hard time sleeping. They did provide us a fan but barely worked. Terrible that the hotel is controlled for the entire hotel and not each room. Front staff at check in was great and very accommodating

This is a 1970s-era hotel in the heart of Carson City's Historic District. It has a 1970s feel in the best of ways. Though the carpet in one of the hallways is ripe for replacement and the decor is dated, I felt right at home. The staff is eminently friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the beds are soft, and the complimentary continental breakfast is ready promptly at 6am each morning. For the price, the Hardman House Inn & Suites is a gem. I will stay here again next time I roll through town.

First off, they gave us a room that they already knew was on my maintenance list for a heater that was stuck on and there was a window that was broken off the track. As soon as we got into the room is was HOT and we have an infant so it was not going to work! Was told a worker would come up to fix it in 20-30 minutes waited over 5hrs and still seen no one, tried getting a new room but there was 6 other families also waiting for rooms, 10pm by this time and we decided to leave and go to the motel 8 which was much better!! Would NOT recommend this business at all, also still waiting to hear back from the manager for a refund!
