Rooms were clean. Hotel can use some updating. Carpets were dingy. The bathroom needed some updating and headboard on the bed was scratched up but bed was comfortable. This is a nice property but clearly needs some TLC.

I made a huge mistake with my reservation, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate MY error and ensure that I had a room for the night. They offered the adjustment without me asking. Seriously have not experienced that kind of customer service in a very long time!

Rooms were overall very clean and a nice size, breakfast had alot of options. The pool was freezing due to the heater being broken, this would have been nice to know before we packed our bags and drove there since the indoor pool and hot tub was the reason for coming to this hotel.
