It was simply the most amazing experience, everything was PERFECT especially every single member of the staff no matter what their position was from the cleaners to the managers. Was the best resort/hotel we have ever stayed at.

The listing is misleading, you have to drive to the beach and in order to get there you have to either rent a golf cart for your entire stay or rent a car. We rented a car because we wanted to get around to supermarkets shopping etc. there was no direction or suggestions for what to do there we had ...

IL LAGO AT JUANILLO BEACH
Cap cana as a whole is a 24 hour construction zone. We left after one night of no sleep. Can't get to the beach. That's all a joke.
