"The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and beds were comfortable. The issue is when we arrived, our room was open but we didn’t immediately notice anything amiss. We assumed that it was the cleaning crew that just finished, but after being in the room for awhile we found a man hiding in the shower with the shower curtain closed. Upon finding this stranger in our room, we asked him to leave. Afterwards staff moved our room and there were no further issues. We were disappointed that there wasn’t any kind of discount for this issue, and likely will not stay at this location again. There could’ve been a major safety risk, especially because we had our children staying with us. Families beware of this hotel! "

"Hotel was quiet. Bed was comfortable and staff friendly. Free parking was nice. Close to BNA airport. We stayed only one night coming in at 1am. Was fine for a short stay. Room had odor of bleach which would be my only complaint, but it was clean lol."
