★ Winter AC Notice (Oct – May): Outdoor A/C units are covered and turned off when temperatures drop below 0°C to protect them from winter weather.
★ Check-in: After 4:00 pm

★ Bear Spray: Not provided in the unit.
★ No-pet policy (including hypoallergenic breeds).
★ Hot Tub & Pool: The Mercer complex does not have its own hot tub or pool. However, Elevation Place (2-minute drive) offers a full public recreation facility including fitness center, climbing wall, aquatic playground, lazy river, hot tub, and swimming pool.
HOUSE RULES
★ No parties, no pets, and no smoking inside the unit.
★ No food or drinks in the bedrooms.
★ Please remove outdoor footwear indoors to protect the flooring.
★ Avoid using white towels for makeup or hair dye—you’re welcome to bring your own wipes or dark towels if needed.
★ Sporting equipment (e.g. skis, bikes) must be stored in the garage. Waxing is strictly prohibited.
★ Do not leave food or garbage outdoors, as it may attract wildlife and create safety hazards.
★ Do not use any fire hazards that may cause a fire alarm or serious damages.
★ Only registered guests are allowed. Occupancy must not exceed the stated limit.
★ Quiet Hours: 10 pm – 8 am.
★ Check out time is no later than 11:00 am.
★ We do not charge for minor accidental damage (e.g. a broken glass or plate), but kindly notify us if anything breaks or spills so we can replace it for future guests.
★ During your stay, we provide vacation style housekeeping so housekeeping will only clean our condo again after departure.
★ For stays longer than 30 nights, please contact the host prior to booking. Instant Book reservations over 30 nights that are made without prior approval may be subject to cancellation.
