"Nice place, convenient location."

"Clean room, somewhat run down. Definitely needs upgrades. No way to cool down tbe rooms as the hotel had air conditioning tuened off for the whole building. Super hot in the room unless we opened the window. Then once window opened, we couldnt hear tv as it was so noisy outside. Didnt eat breakfast there as way too expensive for breakfast. Very convenient to a lot of things which is nice. Staff was very friendly. Online states there is a bunny petting zoo which they domt have anymore. Kids pool was gine but they shut down the slide for maintenence when we were there. "

"The staff were so lovely and helpful. He hotel is clean and had a nice atmosphere. Juned in the bistro was really friendly and always attentive. The location is great, we couldn't fault the hotel. Thank you."

"Stay was good I wish the hot tub had better hours. It was only open from 10 am to 7/8pm which sucks for the early risers. Aside from that great property."

"It was a beautiful hotel with newer rooms compared to Sheraton (last place I stayed at). I didnt like how the elevators were always full though, so most of the time it was a 10-15 min wait to go up and down. The room was good but tv and phone did not work. We checked in late so we didnt get a chance to call for them to send someone up until the next morning. We were also told when we checked in that it’d have view of CN Tower but when we went we were placed on other side (which wouldve been okay but dont give us false hopes). It’s good overall but for the money I spent (esp since we paid extra for later check out) wouldve expected better"

"Hotel was undergoing renovations so difficult to rate. That said my room was comfortable and clean, although there were a couple of small issues in the room that got sorted promptly. Air conditioners in the room were very noisy and would wake you when they cut in. Likewise the fridge in the room was very noisy and the compressor kept cutting in approximately every 30 minutes. These need to be replaced with more modern silent units."
