"Visited this hotel 5-6 times. I like the quiet room and comfortable beds. Only the last experience was bad...bed sheet and pillow cases not changed, smells stinky and feel itchy, not sure it's dirt or bed bugs."

"The front of house staff were super friendly and helpful. The cafe and restaurant looked clean and modern, we didn't eat there though as there limited uninspiring vegan options. No milk alternative options in the room on the tea tray. Noone wants to be going back to reception to ask for oatmilk at 10pm. A stain on the carpet was very off-putting as it was next to the chair and very obvious. However the room and lovely bathroom, was very clean."

We really enjoyed the use of the pool, sauna, and hot tub. The meals at the restaurant were of an exceptionally high standard, consistently well-presented and delicious. We also really enjoyed breakfast. Especially the freshly made buttermilk pancakes. Very happy we booked into your lovely hotel."
