The ocean is not visible unless you are standing in the patio area. The front desk clerk stated that breakfast would be available in the lounge at 7:30 am, when actually it is a continental style meal that is served. The property was clean and well manicured.

All Moonstone Beach properties have easy beach walk access and this is no exception. The room was clean and except for an odd step up on the threshold, perfectly nice. Most folks were enjoying the clear coastal weather and the big annual Christmas Fair at Cambria Pines and there were shuttles available right outside for that purpose.

The ocean was seen from my patio room beautiful view. The hotels personal were more than helpful on my concerns and catered to my needs. Look forward to going back to because Cambria is a great place to relax and enjoy the views. If you get here about an 11/2 earlier you can enjoy your bottle of wine before you get in to eat, so i recommend eating at the sea chest bar and grill and main Street grill in the town of Cambria.

Quiet location with very nice rooms right across from the ocean. Room was clean, well appointed and everything seems to be fairly new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed taking morning walks and watching the sunsets. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.
