I really liked this hotel. For what we paid I would definitely stay here again. The hotel smelled good, it was clean, the room was good enough for a $115 bill, the amenities were great. The only thing, the fitness centre had two out of 4 cardio machines down.

We arrived to the hotel early but he checked us in no charge. This was a bday getaway and he gave me coupons for their snack shop. The location was perfect as they provide shuttle. It is about 15-20 mins away from downtown by driving. The pool opens from 6am to 11pm which was perfect as we always come back to the hotel late.

Very comfortable beds. Only negative was the room temperature, thermostat could not be adjusted. Spoke with front desk they said they would send someone up while we went out. Not sure if anyone ever did show up but thermostat could not be lowered.

The staff of this hotel were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful. Probably the only drawback of our stay was there wasn’t enough USB ports and the lightning wasn’t quite bright enough for me when putting my makeup on. I can’t say enough about the amazing staff.

Excellent property but a little far from anything to do. We Uber’d to heritage village and it was a great learning experience. You have to uber everywhere. No stores, attractions, restaurants, etc are within walking distance.

Had joining rooms and the key card would work for one room tried 3 times to have staff fix it but never worked. A/C in one room didn't work told front desk, all I got was sorry. Food at the restaurant is average at best, but the staff was extremely nice.
