We had an awful experience at this property. Upon check-in around 9:30 p.m., both of the rooms we booked had extremely strong, unpleasant odors. We opened the windows and blasted the AC, but the second room smelled even worse and made us feel physically sick within minutes. After trying to air them out for 30 minutes, we had no choice but to leave.
Despite paying over $1,600 for two nights, the front desk refused to let us check out or issue a refund, stating that since we booked through Expedia, it was out of their hands. Expedia support was responsive and tried to help, but the hotel has refused to cooperate with them even days later.
Additionally, this property is advertised as an "airport" hotel, but it’s not very close to the airport. We ended up rebooking at another hotel from the same brand—closer to the airport and much better overall.
Extremely disappointed. Between the room conditions, lack of service, and zero accountability, we will never stay here again.
