"There was a loud buzzing when we checked in the room. Called front desk immediately and they sent maintenance to check. Didn’t like that we had to wait around to see if problem would be resolved quickly and we were on a time budget at the time. Took almost half hour to resolve which is half hour that we could’ve used for our time"
