Welcome home!
This suite has two bedrooms (king and queen beds), two bathrooms, comfortable living area with a sofa bed, a dedicated work space, dining area, underground parking, super high speed internet, private patio and more.
When you stay with us you’ll experience all the comforts of home, in a professionally decorated downtown condo.
Perfect for diverse groups of travellers, including; business, couples, families, friends and even solo travellers looking for extra space.

The condo is located in the Beltline district, which is one of the most accessible districts in Calgary. Located across the street you will find some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. Even closer, located just downstairs on the main floor of the building is one of the best cocktail bars in Calgary.
Close to the saddledome, minutes by foot to downtown and the Retail and Entertainment District (17th Ave).
Enjoy being a stone's throw from the river and the river walks, parks, the Central Library, museums, and shopping.
24 hour fitness and a hot yoga studio are located across the street. The Repsol centre (offering classes, Olympic pool, fitness studios and more) is just 1KM away. Numerous other activities such as boxing, spin classes and more are also within walking distance. Tennis courts and small children’s park are just a block over.
You will find a cohesive flow as you move through the space, with decor selected for its style, functionality, ease of use and comfort as top priorities.
Bedroom One:
- King sized bed with pull-out storage, large closet, and en-suite bathroom
- Get a restful sleep with no light entering the room
Bedroom Two:
- Queen sized bed, dedicated work space, and a large closet
Bathrooms:
- Both have been stocked with towels, blow dryers, additional toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap
Kitchen:
- Pots, pans, baking dishes, mixing bowls, cutlery, measuring spoons and cups, wine glasses, mugs, dinnerware, wine opener, pizza cutter, and everything else needed to prepare amazing home cooked meals
- Large island with seating for 4 provides a great area for social cooking
Dining:
- The table is set up against the wall to allow for ease of flow, however it can be easily expanded and allow for seating for four
Patio:
- Private patio with seating and beautiful views of Calgary, including the Saddledome
Living Room:
- TV, seating, coffee table, rug, ample lighting, and a sectional sofa that folds into one or two sofa beds
Laundry Room:
- Washer, dryer, laundry soap, cleaning supplies, ironing board, iron and extra space for storage
Parking:
- One underground parking stall. Additional parking can be found surrounding the building (free evenings and weekends), as well as other paid parking lots and stalls
All options of transportation are available to you. Bring a vehicle and park it for the duration of your stay and enjoy the perks of downtown living by getting around by foot, scooter, Uber, taxi, or city transit.

This building requires an in person check-in. Please coordinate with your host and the designated check-in agent on your day of arrival. Note that all arrivals after 10 PM are subject to a fee.
