"Absolutely excellent stay! The rooms were modern, extremely clean, stocked with all the necessary amenities. The onsite restaurant was perfect! The breakfast buffet had everything for a well rounded meal - hot items, breads, omelet station, fresh fruits and yogurt, coffee and tea bar, fresh juices. "Truly a special place. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The property grounds were really pretty and the hotel was very comfortable. It's a little out of the way in terms of the central city but the resort feel was well worth the extra drive time. Highly recommend."

"We stayed in the 4 star apart hotel part of the complex (some are classed as 3 star). Our room was described as premium pool view but was quite dated I think some of the rooms have had a full refurb so would be better. In saying that it was clean, the shower was powerful and the apartment had everything you needed. Plug points in the kitchen area were lacking. Daily maid service was great. Reception staff were extremely helpful. The rooftop pool felt very 4 star. We didn’t stay for the entertainment but the entertainer Jeffrey was v friendly . Quite a walk from town but bus stop near"

"J’ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans votre hôtel, je dirais que pour être parfait, il manque un terrain multisport cours de tennis. Tout le personnel était adorable. À part le monsieur des serviettes de plage. Je voyage au moins une fois par an à Ibiza, et vous êtes mon deuxième hôtel préféré derrière TRS Ibiza. Dans ce dernier, même si nous sommes pas la catégorie du cinquième étage, nous avons accès à la piscine sur le toit ainsi qu’au bar et je trouve ça assez. Juste. C’est dommage que nous ne pouvons pas avoir accès ne serait-ce qu’à certaines heures, même si c’est limité, je trouve que ce serait bien et la dernière petite remarque pour vraiment améliorer votre perfection c’est d’avoir une vraie pâte à crêpes pour le petit déjeuner. Merci"

"Los Arcos, offers reliable self catering in Ibiza. They unfortunatley after suffering with major construction work/noise next door that over looked our apartment which is active during work days. If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. For us, it wasn't much of a bother as we were visiting other places during our trip and by dinner time work had stopped. Cooking facilities are limited to a couple of stoves and microwave with medium sized non stick pan and larger saucepan. Our shower leaked, a plug socket did not work. Annoyingly, I requested a ground floor appartment at least 6-months before booking becausae we had a pram, but that was ignored and they were only interested in knowing what time we would be arriving. All in all though, this is decent accomodation and I would consider staying here again during another visit to Ibiza"
