I’m disappointed with how my recent booking issue was handled. The property I stayed at, booked through Expedia, had significant cleanliness and hygiene problems, including pests and suspected bed mites. Despite providing evidence, the property refused to take responsibility, and Expedia offered no meaningful resolution. I expected better support, especially as a loyal customer. Transparency and accountability are key to maintaining trust.
