"From the welcome received to the final goodbye, all the staff were first rate, Friendly, helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble.
The room was well fitted out, little surprised that in this day only an “in bath” shower was in the room but it didn’t cause us any issues, though we do, at 80 years, prefer walk in showers.
Another comment, NOT a criticism as this a general observation for most hotels we’ve stayed in which is good number, why in a room for two people do hotels only offer one comfortable chair?
We would definitely stay at this Futura hotel again and based on this experience use Futura in another city."
