Casa Theodore is a spectacular 11 bedroom villa with 9 bedrooms in the main house, which is the basic rental. $3,600 a night for Bedrooms 1-9

Please note this does not include our Ocean View Suite, bedrooms 10 & 11, which would be an additional $800 per night plus taxes. . Groups only needing 9 bedrooms do have an upgrade option to substitute 2 bedrooms for our Ocean View Suite for an additional $400 a night,

$4,400 a night for Bedrooms 1-11 which includes our Ocean View Suite, bedrooms 10 & 11.

Bedrooms are rented in numerical order, any deviations will result in an additional cost.

All bachelor, bachelorette, and wedding parties will generate a $300 per night fee for security guard plus tax & service charge.

All single male/female groups are limited to 1 person per bedroom, with a maximum of 12 guests in the 9 bedroom rate.

Most of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, king-sized beds, and eight have those splendid white water views. There is purified water running throughout the house, as well has Wi-Fi service. You can rest a bit easier in this luxurious villa.

Walk down the curvy staircase and you're immediately surrounded by lush, tropical flowers complete with the soothing sounds of ocean waves crashing and flowing water from the home rock waterfall. Enter the oversized, hand-carved wooden doors and you've stepped into a beautifully furnished modern villa, complete with plush leather furniture and original paintings. Mexican artwork is provided by local artisans within the home interior giving it that contemporary yet authentic feel. Enjoy the incredible white water ocean views from every room within the Villa or on the resort styled luxury pool deck. Nothing comes close to the breathtaking views from the heated Infinity pool.

Casa Theodore has an extraordinary outdoor area with an outdoor shower, large bar area with BBQ, and firepit with seating for ten. The Jacuzzi contains a waterfall that cascades into the infinity pool. Surrounding the pool are two king-sized tanning beds and teak lounge furniture. The pool deck also has seating for up to 24 people.

Perfect for a large group or a multi-generational family, Casa Theodore is sure to be the villa to serve your every need. We do offer special packages for Corporate Retreats, Weddings, Birthday parties, Fishing or Golf, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, as well as Holiday packages.

Standard rates are based on 9 bedrooms. Additional guests are $200 per guest per night plus taxes.
