The convenience of the location was a plus. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. I really liked the convenience of restaurants and other attractions being so close to the hotel. Ubers were cheap compared to America.

Great view from the 26th floor! The breakfast was excellent, but it ended too early (9:30 am) The observation deck is a plus. They didn’t have a breakfast/lunch box service for an early departure so we couldn’t use the meal voucher or a refund. The staff is very helpful and try to make you enjoy your stay. There are plenty of places to have authentic meals.

Excellent location as it is away from main area….. it gives you a feel of living in an apartment in Busan. With water and bridge view, a quiet and relaxing vibe to come back after a day of visiting Busan. Busan transportation is super easy, taxi / uber $ is v reasonable. I recommend this place

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room was quite clean, housekeeping was very satisfactory. The rooftop area spanning two floors was very nice and well lit. The laundry facility was easy to use. Some downsides, they do not offer complimentary toothbrushes and the countertops in my bathroom area had some staining/marks. Would stay again!
