"We always stay at the residence inn when visiting Buffalo. It is an extremely spacious room with a full refrigerator and lots of space to relax outside of the bed area. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the free self parking is s great asset. The room cost is also very competitive based on the room amenities. "The staff at this hotel are tremendously, friendly and helpful. We loved how they kept the granite façade of the old Genesee bank as part of their remodel. Some aspects of the hotel show their age, and signage could be more clear for things like the workout room, but overall lovely. The restaurant was great as well, and although my fingerling potatoes were a little bit too salty, otherwise the food was excellent. We will be back if we need to visit that part of Buffalo again."
