"The hotel is well situated near the Market place, however the lobby really needs a water and coffee station. The only water available there is $5 and $7. Also, the woman at the check-in desk was quite cold and unfriendly. She spoke barely above a whisper so we had to ask her again and again “what?” Parking is very pricey and TIGHT if you are in a truck."

"Our suite facing PNC Park was great, roominess & location, wise. Housekeeping needs improvement. $27 nightly parking rate is a bargain. Breakfast was included and very good."
