There were several private onsen rooms available on a first come first served basis. The breakfast was buffet style with a variety of Japanese and western options. The staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was to come back to Beppu. "

Hotel room is clean and comfortable, and the private onsens are really great for relaxing. Dinner and breakfast are really must try in my opinion. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful too."
