"The heating unit in our room was not functioning. There seemed to be only one very tired staffer in the facility, and she made some ineffectual attempts to deal with the problem. She first said we couldn't get a different room (without explaining why), but later backed off."

"Amazing"

"Woke up with my eye feeling weird noticed through out the day it was getting worse and worse. Have pink eye now pretty sure it was the blankets were not clean or something because had weird smell as well."

"The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Someone was always cleaning, emptying the trash, wiping things down, vacuuming, etc. They definitely went above and beyond!"

"This hotel appears to have gone through a half face lift, definitely shows its age. Would only stay here again in a pinch. Not great."

"Room and halls showed signs of wear/age. The desk chair in our room had stains on the back and a pretty large tear. Bathroom could’ve used a fan. It was a comfortable stay, but we prefer more updated hotels in the area."

"Clean. Friendly staff. Liked Early breakfast available at 5am. But hot food wasn’t very warm. Room set up good. Despite hotels efforts the room smelled of old smoke. Liked ac thermostat. Had to get own hand towels and wash clothes, but readily available on housekeeper cart."

"They charged a pet fee even though the booking said pets stay free. The first room they gave us was not clean and had to switch rooms. The carts all had flat tires so move stuff to the room was a workout most people wouldn’t been able to push it."

"Clean, friendly staff, good discount for drinks, and cool history"

"The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and clean. This is a unique hotel and that uniqueness is on display all the time and it's fun. The continental breakfast was great."
