"Very clean. Probably the best complimentary breakfast we have had at a motel. Excellent location for shopping. We will stay here again."

Oneida Casino Hotel

"Bed very comfortable. Bathroom nice as well. Hallway-bedroom noise is well contained. My two biggest issues were the quality of the food in the casino since on Sunday night the restaurant is CLOSED!!! Secondly, and more frustrating, was finding that they DO NOT run the shuttle to the airport as EXPEDIA AND the person on duty in the early evening suggested. Rather, my husband and I had to walk 1/2 mile at 5:15am across a highway! When I told her Expedia states the hotel runs a 24/7 shuttle, she said they had changed their policy June 1. I then let her know we confirmed with the person on duty the night before, she stated that she was sorry he didn’t know the policy changed. Now, with little time to call a cab, hoofing it across the highway was the only option. We were lucky to make our flight."

"Had a great stay. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the trip. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with any questions. Parking was convenient, and the pool was a nice bonus after a long day. Overall, everything met or exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to other travelers."

"I paid for a family suite with a king bed and was put in a tiny room with 2 queen beds and was not even offered some kind of a reimbursement, I’m very disappointed and will not be staying again. And to top it all off, they didn’t even have fitted sheets on the be. Also a cup of coffee cost $4.50, it wasn’t even good coffee….."
