"Location is well appropriate for air travel and cruises. The hotel is well maintained and personnel is helpful and friendly. Amenities were very good and surroundings were excellent too."

"The location was convenient for our stay and close for the cruise ship. We were very unlucky as after booking in December and two weeks before our stay in end of April - the hotel that’s costs $500 a night notified they will be doing construction… we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outdoor pool or patio and it was noisy and we were on the 5th floor. The TULUM bar was ok- the staff was amazing - but $42 for a small salad with 4 shrimp… just extremely overpriced. I have stayed at W hotels before in other states… this was my least favorite… I don’t think I would return here personally. But rooms were spacious, clean, the light in the bathroom was terrible for doing make up tho… sometime very confusing to me why designers don’t include basic understanding of what is expected of such a pricey hotel."

"Staff were very accommodating. Bell man saw I left my purse and returned it to my room. Food at The AC Lounge was very good. Also bartenders were very friendly. Loved the location Elements’s room are very spacious and are great for an extended stay."
