New property, very nice. Room was huge with a couch sitting area and then a bed on the other side of the washroom. Very strict on check in times, but will store luggage for free while you go and explore. Because of the strictness around check in times lines a very long to check in at 4pm. Surrounded by new construction but was quiet when we staying on a Saturday night.

I Really enjoyed staying here. The place is super chic and comfortable. The young ladies at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was very spacious, and the balcony was a nice touch to unwind and enjoy the view. Great location —nice area to walk around and just steps from Brickell City Centre. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our 4 nights stay at Smart Brickell Hotel very much, from check-in till check-out we had only nice and positive experience. Staff are all very friendly, room is clean and spacious, bed also comfortable! This hotel is more like apartment hotel , is our first try, we think it is our very good choice! Location of hotel is top, we can walk to metro-mover station (Brickell) and supermarket in the near . To the Brickell City Center Mall also only 6-8 min. walk. We will recommend this hotel to everyone, and surely we will also be back !

Very spacious and clean room! The location is perfect as it is quick to get to different spots in Miami. Staff was helpful and allowed me and my party to hold our bags there as we arrived early. I would definitely stay here again!
