Close to Cruise terminal, nice hotel staff at front desk very helpful! I wish the bar on the roof was open and that they had a restaurant on property besides the sandwich shop. There were 13 of us that had to walk a ways to eat dinner.

It was a nice, clean property. It was frustrating to have to wait until 4pm to check in or get charged to check in early. We enjoyed the coffee shop. Construction make our balcony view ugly.

Nice room for a single or double night. Close to Brickell shopping center and restaurants. Check in/out was very easy, but a bit too expensive compared to the value offered but what to expect from downtown Miami

The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly. However, when we first asked for towels the next morning, they were hesitant to give us. We had just tracked 6 hours, had been at the beach so needed new towels. They don’t provide Kleenex but you can do your laundry and have a full kitchen.

Rooms and service at the hotel were great. The reception team were friendly and helpful. They just took a while to send me the payment link to make my deposit when I initially booked but apart from that everything was great. Will definitely visit again given the great location in Brickell as well

Our family of six stayed at Smart Brickell Hotel before heading out on a cruise, and it was a great fit for us. The space worked really well for a family our size, which made the stay comfortable and easy. It is not overly fancy or remarkable, but it was clean, pleasant, had a nice view, and was conveniently located for getting to the cruise ports. Overall, it was a solid choice for our pre cruise stay.
