"What an unexpected treat! Out in the middle of nowhere (but close to a town) and such a beautiful setting. Great place if you are traveling with kids - lots of room (and goal posts) for soccer, a swing, huge chess board."

"Stayed a couple of nights, and it was a very pleasant moment. Staff was nice and friendly. The bed and bathroom was perfectly clean and tidy. The hotel & restaurant is located within a residential area. There is an old monumental building just across the hotel. Breakfast was excellent."

"Das Zimmer über 2 Ebenen war sehr sauber. Es hat eigentlich an nichts gefehlt - das eigentlich war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Ansonsten wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Beschreibung des Hotels ist zu 100 % authentisch. Den Spar Bereich mit Sauna habe ich nicht benutzt. Das Hotelteam ist sehr jung jedoch professionell. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Grüsse aus OWL - Helmar"

"Booked a room. Hotels.com messed up but after the matter was resolved by them it turned out the hotel did not have the room we had booked. Very unhelpful and disinterested staff. Had to find another room at 11pm which was not easy!"
