Our Cozy Branson Getaway is a beautiful 2 BD/2 BA walk-in unit nestled in 160 acres of Ozark wilderness. You can enjoy the quiet wooded view, wildlife, hiking trails, and a 5-acre catch and release lake. Across the way is access to a zero-entry pool. Gather with family and friends under the pavilion for a delicious cookout or play a friendly game of basketball. The perfect place for a vacation! We are located 1.5 miles from Silver Dollar City, 20 minutes from Table Rock Lake, and 15 minutes from the Branson Strip!

PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a walk-in unit (no flight of stairs, but there may be a couple of steps), our units are not ADA compliant. The front door has a minimum opening of 30". Neither the bedroom nor bathroom doors are ADA compliant. Unless seen in the unit pictures, no stabilizing handles have been installed in the bathrooms.

This property is as advertised and has everything we needed for a great getaway. Kid friendly and clean in a quiet and safe neighborhood. All activities are within 20 minutes and in a beautiful space!

Our main plan was to visit Silver Dollar City with our 3 and 5 year olds. This location was PERFECT and just a few minutes away. The girls loved the bunk bed and it was so nice to have a quiet place with a kitchen and living room. We will be back for sure!

Enjoyed this condo over the weekend with our family! Beds were comfortable, balcony had awesome views, and the kids loved the games they provided! We were bummed to find only 1 of 2 pools open for Memorial Day weekend, but the kids still had fun. The condo was perfect for our family of 6 to spend a nice weekend away!

We stayed here for the week with our daughters softball team. Each family was able to book their own condos and then we were able hang out with each family on the property (pool) in our off time. The condo we rented was exactly as described and minutes from all the fun Branson activities!

The property is stocked well with all the extras! The decor is very tasteful. The bed in the master is very comfortable. The views from the back deck are amazing. We saw plenty of wildlife!! The pool was nice to relax in after a hot day in town.

It’s a great place, everything was clean and had a great view.. Only thing I didn’t like was the fishing pond was a straight downhill hill and it didn’t have any fish..

This is a great little condo, was perfect for our family. The location is very convenient to silver dollar city, and is the opposite direction that most of the traffic goes. The beds were comfy, and there was plenty of sleeping space for 3 adults and 3 kids. The back porch was beautiful, and very peaceful in the morning with birds and squirrels. The only minor complaint was there were only 4 chairs, so we could not all sit down at the table together. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book this condo again.
