"The “all inclusive” option on hotels.com turned out to be the Premium All Inclusive plan which is good value for an all inclusive because the food and drinks you get is the same as other people who are paying for it. A bit limited in the restaurant options that’s actually all inclusive but it’s not bad if you go to all of them (some are a bit far, eg. you need to book a shuttle to get to). The all inclusive tiering is really complicated but if you get the premium it’s pretty good, you can go...

"We would have loved to seen/received the VIP amenities promised but we didn't get any of the,. We arrived at the hotel early and were told there was no upgraded rooms and no such VIP amenities. The hotel was fantastic though and we enjoyed every min of being there. We will come again. Just rather we didn't have the VIP carrot dangled in front of us by Expedia - not the hotel."

"For us Dubai was disappointing until we got to this resort. It was amazing. Incredible staff. Wonderful rooms and we got the basic one. Food was great. Service for food outside of the restaurant was slow but it’s slow travel. Activities were great. We wish we had booked for more than two days. It’s worth going to Dubai just for this resort. "

"All the beers you will drink here will be hot, you can’t get an ice bucket with the beers, even by paying about 100 usd per day for each family member on the so called all inclusive package - it is all inclusive with no food options in the pool or bars. Also, people o. The bar does not know the ingredient quantities for the drinks, which means you get a different flavor on each drink. You can’t get a beer, drink or even soft drink before noon time. "Been back many times. Great for a family with 2 queen beds and garden view. Beach is fab and also enjoyed the gym.."

"Stay was amazing. The only issue was with the cleanliness of the swimming pool which was dirty and slippery, also it was smelly. This might be due to the huge crowd But the Hotel should be equipped to manage it."
