"I liked the clear copies of the Hotel Hoppa for getting back to the airport.
If I could improve one or two things:
The phone in the room didn’t work very well when I tried to order dinner using room service.
Also as a Marriott Hotel I don’t know why my membership number isn’t in your computer. At some places it is."
"The rooms are spacious and great for airport stay. We booked three rooms for one night( last-minute) , one was perfect, one had some smell and the last one had a broken AC ( they brought fans which worked out) the beds were comfortable. The lobby is very nice, clean and updated. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was convenient but not free, so we took an uber. Will consider staying again. "
"It was really convenient staying here. The room was amazing! It was a shame that I only stay one night. But for sure it will become my favourite hotel in London near to the airport.
The personnel from front desk , specially a girl that I had the luck to talk with her whilst I was waiting the shuttle to terminal 3. She is so kind and amazing!

"Nice Hyatt for one night. Great check-in. Forgot my converter so front desk let me borrow one. Nice dinner (salmon dish + friend got the chicken). Both dishes were nice as was the Chardonnay. Be aware the bus from terminal 5 only comes once an hour (25 minutes past the hour) so we ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was £20. "
